When Do We Consider Payments Past Due?

A 12% APR interest charge will be applied to any overdue invoices (30 days). After 60 days and multiple unsuccessful attempts to collect payment, the invoice will be transferred to collections. We understand hardships and are willing to work with you as long as we are made aware of them.

Progress Payments With ACS

Don’t let the cost of a new heating system stop you from investing in a high-efficiency system that will save you money in the long run. Advanced Comfort Systems offers affordable solutions, so you can invest your money wisely and experience the comfort a Viessmann system can provide.

Traditionally, we break down the cost of your system into progress payments:

20% - Upon acceptance of the Contract
20% - When materials are delivered to the site
40% - When radiant tubing and manifolds are installed
20% - The final payment is due when the system is in operation

Mass Save HEAT Loan

Mass Save offers a 7-year, interest-free loan, up to $25,000, for homeowners installing a qualified, high-efficient heating (and/or cooling) system. How to Apply?

National Grid - Residential Gas Heating Rebate Programs

National Grid offers financial incentives for various energy efficiency measures in Rhode Island homes. Incentives are available for deep energy retrofits, heaters, furnaces, boilers, and others. The program also offers an energy audit of the house at no cost to the participant. Only customers of the National Grid residential gas heating account are eligible for the program. Rebates can be applied online or through the mail and must be sent within 60 days of the equipment installation date.
