  • How do I become a customer?

By calling our office at (401) 341-5018 or sending an email, you can schedule an appointment. We’ll need your name or a name for the account, phone number(s), location and billing address, email address, and any equipment information you can provide. We have a good faith standard and do not hold customers to a contract for services.

  • If I leave a voicemail on the emergency service cell phone, how quickly will someone return my call?

Our Emergency Service phone is carried by staff technicians who may be in areas with limited or no cell service. If your call isn’t answered immediately, rest assured you will receive a call back when the technician is back in an area with an adequate signal.

  • When do you consider payments past due?

Invoices with time and material are “Due on Receipt” but are considered “Past Due” after 30 days. At this point, a 12% APR interest charge will be applied, and after 60 days of non-payment, the invoice will be transferred to collections.

  • How quickly is a quote supplied?

Generally, the quoting process begins after the location for the work is assessed (and/or blueprints received). The length of time a quote is supplied can range from job to job and season to season. It could be a few days, or it could be a few weeks.

  • How prompt is service?

We schedule service at a time that works for your convenience within company hours, prioritizing emergencies like NO HEAT or NO HOT WATER over routine appointments such as annual cleanings.

  • What is considered an "emergency"?

An “emergency” is defined as having NO HEAT or NO HOT WATER, which are situations we prioritize to ensure your comfort.

  • How will I know it's time for my annual cleaning?

We keep track of your Annual Cleanings in our database and will send you a reminder email or phone call. Additionally, if your boiler is flashing a red light and reads “service,” it’s time for maintenance.

  • Do you service on Saturday and Sunday?

Generally, we do not conduct business during weekends, but we offer Saturday and Sunday rates for emergencies of existing customers. We will try to resolve your issue at a Weekend Rate.
