Making Payments Just Got Easier!
… By using our online portal
When do we consider payments past due?
Invoices are “Due on Receipt” although considered “Past Due” after 30 days.
At the 30 day mark a 12% APR interest charge will be applied to any over due invoices.
After 60 days and multiple unsuccessful attempts to collect payment the invoice will be transferred to collections.
We understand hardships and are willing to work with you as long as we are made aware of it.
Energy-Efficient Financing Programs
Don’t let the cost of a new heating system stop you from investing in a high-efficiency system that will save you money in the long run.
Advanced Comfort Systems offers affordable solutions so you can invest your money wisely and experience the comfort a Viessmann system can provide.
Traditionally, we break down the cost of your system into progress payments–
1) 20 % Upon acceptance of the Contract
2) 20 % When materials are delievered to the site
3) 20 % When radiant tubing and manifolds are installed
4) 20 % The final payment is due when the system is in operation.
If you need more financing than progress payments check out the tabs above.
Advanced Comfort Systems has linked up with Greensky to offer loans to suit your financial needs – Making it even easier to help take the burden off of a new system cost.
