Technician Service Hours: Our technicians are scheduled and dispatched to client sites between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Office Hours: As a company of contractors and field service engineers, we do not maintain commercial retail space. So, with the exception of appointments our vendors and contractors scheduled and communicated in advance, we generally are unable to accommodate walk-in visitors and the general public. Should you need to speak with someone regarding projects, scheduling service, or payments/invoicing, our business office hours are between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you have a question or are calling to book your annual service at anytime outside those business office hours, we encourage you to leave a voice mail and all pertinent contact information and we will return your call .

Booking Routine Service Appointments:
If you need to make an appointment for your annual boiler cleaning or have a service request that is not an emergency, you call our office at (401) 356-0230 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Should You Have A Boiler Emergency Or Need To Cancel A Service Appointment on the day of the appointment please call our Technician On Call at (401) 309- 5505.
Our Emergency Service phone is carried by staff technicians who are out traveling in various sectors of our extended service area. Please note that when these technicians are in the field, they often travel into areas having with limited or no cell service. So, if your call is not answered immediately, rest assured that you will receive a call back as soon as the the technician is back in an area with adequate signal.
