Meet Our Team
John Perry Jr.
Owner / President
John and his father started the company in 1994 when they did their first radiant project. John’s background was working on electronics and avionics in the Air Force making the transition to heating system controls easy. Through the years, he has become the backbone to the company and from that built lasting customer relationships. When he is not overseeing the company he enjoys hunting, deep-water fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
John’s daughter, Jillian joined our team in 2012 and is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Event Management. Jillian handles the servicing schedule and database, invoicing, advertising, and customer relationships.
Kip joined our team in 2014. After serving in the US Air Force he established 33 years in the heating industry as a Service Technician. He has gained extensive training in multiple hydronic systems, boilers and controls from schools such as NE Tech, NE Fuel Institue, and Springfield Community College to name a few. Kip is a licensed Burner Technician in RI and MA and specializes in gas fired equipment. But more importantly if you want to get to know him like he knows your boiler start off with topics that include motorcycles, family and friendship.
Russell joined our team in 2004 and has successfully completed the 2 year Apprenticeship Program through the RI Construction Training Academy and went on to recieve his Master Pipefitting license. Due to his knowledge and tenor with our company he has an excellent grasp of system function and analysis alongside troubleshooting and controls.
Scott joined our team in 2011 and is John’s brother. Scott is a graduate of UNH with a degree in Communications. Owning his own cement company from 1987 to 2010, he then went on to complete the 2 year Apprenticeship Program with the PHCC Association and then acquired his Master Pipefiters license. He has a specialty of troubleshooting and coordinating with other onsite contractors.
Dylan joined our team in 2013 and is currently enrolled in the Apprenticeship Program though the PHCC Asscociation and will go on to obtaining his Master Pipefitters license once his Journeyman training has completed. It is appreciated that he is a remarkably fast learner and dependable – which will only strengthen his growth within our company.
